Job description

  • The Customer Service team in Slovakia is responsible for supporting the implementation of our platform at client sites in the United States.
  • The Customer Care Representative main responsibility is helping with onboarding the new customers, answering questions via email, phone, and chat to help US clients utilize our platform, attending customer calls if requested, preparing agenda for scheduled calls, and making meeting notes.
  • The Customer Care Representative will escalate technical issues to the software engineering team and communicate workarounds to the clients and resolution schedules.
  • In addition, the Customer Care Representative will be expected to keep clients aware of platform updates, lead training calls to help users understand how to utilize the ABB Solutions platform.

Language skills

  • English – Upper intermediate (C1)
  • Slovak – Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience and Knowledge

  • Fluent English language skills in either American English or Queen’s English communication skills are required including proficient writing ability
  • Previous working experience, ideally from an international company is preferred but not required
  • PC literate with experience of a range of software packages. (MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Knowledge of the Project Management best practices is advantageous
  • The ability to interact on the phone with the customers and their peers during the implementation and problem determination process.
  • Flexible, analytical, team player and problem solver
